We wanted to write and thank you for your help in beautifully remodeling our Pawleys Island condominium….during the winter months of 2010. This was a project which would have been nearly impossible for us to handle…but being able to place the details in the hands of a capable professional who we trusted as a friend made it easy for us.

Repairs had to be made before my home could successfully be seen for the beauty it is. Knowing that affording the repairs would be an issue, Tami agreed to cover the cost until my home sells. She also visited my bank to discuss her efforts in selling the home, which resulted in a lower payment until it sells…..as I’ve told her, “she is truly an angel.”
